Effective Date: January 1, 2026. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Premier Austin Insulation and to use of the website at austininsulationcompany.com. Please read them carefully before using our website or engaging our services.
By accessing or using the Premier Austin Insulation website at austininsulationcompany.com, or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving any service from Premier Austin Insulation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or our services. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Premier Austin Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Austin, MN and the surrounding region. Services include but are not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, basement insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related work.
Service availability is subject to geographic reach, scheduling, and project scope. We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside our area of service or expertise. All work is performed by or under the supervision of licensed and insured technicians.
Estimates provided by Premier Austin Insulation are based on the information available at the time of the assessment. Written estimates are prepared following an in-person visit to the property. Verbal or online estimates are preliminary only and are not binding.
The final price for a project is set forth in a written agreement or proposal signed by both parties before work begins. Any changes in scope, access conditions, or materials discovered during the project may result in a change to the original estimate. We will notify you in writing before proceeding with additional work that affects the price.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on material costs, fuel surcharges, or other factors outside our control. You will be informed of any such adjustments prior to the start of work.
All project dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. We make every effort to arrive within the confirmed window and to complete projects on the agreed schedule. Delays caused by weather, supply issues, or conditions discovered on site will be communicated to you as soon as practicable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs. We reserve the right to reschedule projects when weather or site conditions would compromise the quality or safety of the work.
For spray foam or other projects requiring occupants to vacate the property, it is your responsibility to make appropriate arrangements. We are not liable for costs incurred due to rescheduling caused by failure to vacate as agreed.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal for each project. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due in full upon project completion. For larger projects, we may require a deposit prior to scheduling, with the balance due upon completion.
We accept payment by check, cash, or other methods specified at the time of the agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed period may be subject to a late fee. If collection efforts are required, you may be responsible for reasonable collection costs and legal fees.
Title to materials installed remains with Premier Austin Insulation until payment is received in full.
Premier Austin Insulation warrants that services will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be set forth in the written project agreement.
Manufacturer warranties on materials (such as foam products or insulation materials) are subject to the terms of those manufacturers and are separate from any warranty provided by Premier Austin Insulation. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in pursuing a manufacturer warranty claim if a product defect is identified.
Except as expressly stated in a written project agreement, all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Austin Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory.
By scheduling a project, you represent that you have the legal authority to authorize work on the property. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and clear of personal property, furniture, or obstructions prior to the scheduled start date, as discussed with our team.
For spray foam projects, you are responsible for arranging for all occupants, pets, and plants to vacate the property for the required re-entry period communicated by our team. We are not responsible for harm resulting from re-entry before the confirmed safe re-entry time.

Nothing in this provision prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms or our services that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Mower County, Minnesota.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of this website or our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
